2026 “Great Wall Hero” Global Marketing Campaign

1. Organizer
The campaign is organized by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Building 1, No. 1, Liuzhuang Road, Tongzhou District, Beijing, China, 101117.

2. Campaign Overview
The 2026 “Great Wall Hero” Global Marketing Campaign is an invitation-based travel experience program organized by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism. The campaign aims to invite global content creators and KOLs to experience Beijing and share their authentic perspectives through social media platforms.

3. Participation Eligibility
Participants must be aged 18 years or above and have an active social media presence relevant to the campaign. The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and select creators based on campaign requirements, including content quality, audience profile, and suitability for the campaign.
Employees of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, as well as individuals directly involved in the organization of the campaign and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

4. Campaign Participation and Arrangements
Selected participants will be invited to visit Beijing and create content based on their travel experiences. The Organizer may provide travel-related support, including but not limited to itinerary coordination and other arrangements. Specific details will be communicated directly with selected participants.

5. Content Creation and Publication
Participants are encouraged to create authentic and original content showcasing their experiences in Beijing, including but not limited to photos, videos, articles, and social media posts.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms and policies of the relevant social media platforms.

6. Content Usage Rights
By participating in the campaign, participants grant Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and promote campaign-related content created during the activity on its official websites, social media channels, and other promotional platforms worldwide.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to credit the original creators where applicable.

7. Participation Limitations
Participation in the campaign is limited to invited creators. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time due to operational, safety, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Publicity
Participants may be required to cooperate with publicity activities related to the campaign, including interviews, promotional materials, and other communications associated with the campaign.

9. Personal Information
By participating in the campaign, participants agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism for campaign coordination, communication, publicity, and related purposes in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and materials owned by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism remain the property of the Organizer.
Participants retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed. The usage rights granted under these Terms & Conditions apply only to campaign-related promotional purposes.

11. Disclaimer
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for participants. However, the Organizer shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel disruptions, changes to itineraries, force majeure events, or personal circumstances affecting participants.

12. Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of other laws.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the campaign shall be submitted to the competent courts of the People’s Republic of China, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
